Summary:
Responsible for auditing the accuracy and timeliness of documentation and records in accordance with the Department of Labor (DOL) and Insights Training Group, LLC guidelines to assure that quality control standards are achieved.
Duties:
Assists in developing, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining Total Quality Management processes that focus on problem-solving, issue resolution, cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and organizational and operational excellence.
Keeps current with all Department of Labor, Job Corps Program Notices, Information Notices and PRH change notices to ensure compliance.
Responsible for interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards in all departments.
Documents internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Evaluates audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions steps.
Collects and compiles statistical quality data and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities and audits.
Identify department training needs and organize training to meet DOL quality standards.
Evaluates a variety of audit functions to ensure quality and contract compliance with company polices DOL requirements and or State/Federal regulations.
Audits information for quality in the Administration, Outreach and Admissions, Career Transition, Career Development, Career Success departments.
Audit center Safety and Security records including COVID-19 documentation.
Assists in monitoring staff productivity and provides related reports.
Prepares monthly reports in a timely manner.
Models, mentors and monitors appropriate career success skills.
Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
Helps students become more employable through continuous reinforcement.
Maintains accountability of assigned property, adheres to safety practices, and performs safety inspections in area of responsibility.
Works to ensure performance management standards and goals are met.
Complies with all Department of Labor (DOL) guidelines, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Insights Training Group, LLC policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Above average public speaking skills and experience in same; above average verbal and written skills; above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills; computer literacy specifically Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to work evening hours and periodic weekends; ability to travel periodically.
Experience:
One (1) year quality assurance experience preferred.
Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including records audit and review, computer proficiency with various software programs to include Word, Excel and database software products.
Must display excellent communication skills and the ability to make observations/gather data, analyze and draw conclusions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Degree may be waived by extensive and directly related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid State driver's license and current automobile liability insurance coverage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
